Built from experience. Driven by purpose.
Avant Total Solutions is a woman and minority owned contractor based in Annapolis, running masonry, concrete, hoist, procurement and cleaning work across four states.
The team we wished we'd had
We've been on the other side of the contract: waiting on callbacks, watching deadlines slip, hiring someone who said the right things and didn't follow through.
Avant exists to be the crew we always wanted on our own jobs. That means showing up when we said we would, answering the phone, pricing the work line by line and leaving the site clean.
The person on your site
Jimmy Harris has laid brick with BAC Local 1 for 20 years and run hoists as an IUOE Local 542 operator for 12. He trains every operator we place and walks every masonry job before it's quoted.
That pairing is why a hoist call and a facade repair get the same attention. He knows what rides on every load because he's set the brick at the top of it.
Four things on every job
- We show up preparedRight crew, right materials, on the day we committed to.
- We keep the job movingOne point of contact who knows where every piece stands.
- We communicate clearlyStraight answers, updates before you have to ask.
- We protect your siteOSHA-trained crews, site rules followed, clean at the end of the day.
From a single stoop to a multi-story build
Homeowners, landlords, property managers, general contractors, developers, designers and public agencies all hire us for the same reason: the work gets done the way the quote said it would.
